Right of withdrawal

Revocation instructions & cancellation form

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal according to the following stipulations, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly neither be attributed to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity:

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Andrea Seitz, KENSONS for dogs, Willi-Lauf-Allee 8, 50858 Cologne, Germany, Tel.: +49 2 21 / 50 60 650, email: info@kensons .de) of their decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. an e-mail or a letter sent by post). You can use the attached model cancellation form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

The right of withdrawal is excluded for goods that have been manufactured according to the customer's special wishes (e.g. personalized products, custom-made products, collars, leashes/collars put together by the customer).

Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this contract, we have to repay all payments that we have received from you - excluding delivery costs - immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your revocation of this contract . For this repayment we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

General Notes

1) The goods must be returned in an unused, undamaged and clean condition. Please send the goods back to us in the original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage.
2) Please do not send the goods back to us freight collect, otherwise we will not be able to accept them.
3 ) Please note that the above numbers 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
