- 4 bananas
- 175g rolled oats
- 125 grams of flour
- 50 g ground flaxseed
- cottage cheese or quark
Peel the bananas and mash them with a fork - then add the rolled oats, the flour and the linseed.
Add some cottage cheese or quark and knead well. If the dough isn't sticky and heavy yet, just add a little more curd.
Now portion the dough and shape it by hand (e.g. like vanilla crescents or drops)
Place the biscuits on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 120°C on the middle rack for 45-50 minutes.
If you then let the cookies dry well open, they will last longer.
